At this moment we have a support bot in the application available. This bot is powered by JIRA. It bases it's answers on the Timewax knowledge base.

Our own bot will be able to give more precise answers and will be a lot more knowledgable in the field of planning. Next to that it will also recognize the user that is logged on, so it can instantly create a support ticket for that user if needed.
