We are developing planning agents that take operational scheduling work off your hands. You will be able to define multiple agents, depending on the type of work and the resource pool you want to assign to each one. Setting up a planning agent involves six areas:

• General: choose whether the agent proposes a schedule or schedules autonomously
• Resources: define which resources can be selected to assign the projects to
• Projects: select the projects the agent should schedule, and in which order
• Triggers: select the events that determine when the agent schedules and reschedules
• Planning rules: determine which rules apply when optimising the planning (e.g. skills, travel distance, margin)
• KPIs: select the KPIs the agent reports on weekly to its human supervisor
