In this phase we will focus on optimization requests to support more tactical resource planning. Examples of questions you can ask to the bot:
- Optimize the planning of department A for the next 2 weeks by resource/project location
- Optimize the planning of department A for the next 2 weeks by margin (e.g. cheaper resources on fixed price projects)
- Optimize the planning for project X so that it is deliver as fast a possible
- Optimize the planning of project X by margin
- Avoid multitasking in department B for the next to weeks where consultants can work on 2 to 3 projects max
