Resources need to be authorised for a project/activity to be able to register hours in time sheets. For most of the project this is done automatically when a resource is scheduled on a project/activity. For some (mostly internal) projects the workflow is often different. They are not scheduled upfront, so they are not authorised at the moment they want to register hours in their time sheet. This requires an administrator to first go to the project and authorize the resource. This is not an efficient process and takes time.
On project level we should be able to set a parameter if all resources have access to this project and its activities. The effect will be that all resources will be able to select this project and its activities in their favourites. Once they select it as a favourite, we automatically authorize the resource for the project/activity, just like how we do this when the resource is scheduled.
