In the week planner you book hours on 'Not assigned'. At this moment, when you want to assign those hours to a resource, you have to manually take hours from 'Not assigned' and book them to a row with a resource. When you have multiple weeks, you have to do this for multiple weeks.
We want to make this a lot easier. We want to enable you to look for available resources and assign multiple resources to 'Not assigned' hours in one go for multiple weeks. Watch the mockup video below for a design of this feature:
