Bank holidays visible in week planner

At this moment the week planner takes into account bank holidays when presenting the utilization. However, you do not see the bank holidays in a row, just like other booked hours. We will introduce a row showing the bank holidays, when applicable. This will make it more clear to users and they can take it into account when scheduling hours in a week.
