Outlook 2-way sync set at user level

Currently you can only set the 2-way sync at account level. However, companies sometimes find that the 2-way sync works good for certain teams, but less for other teams where the 1-way sync is more appropriate. With this feature, users are able to set the sync to 1-way or 2-way themselves.
