Timewax Ideas

The 2-way integration lets you sync untagged events from Outlook to Timewax. Employees tend to use events for other purposes than appointments only. For example, an employee may create an event:

• 09:00 - 17:00
• Title: Working from home
• Status: Available

In this way the employee makes clear to all colleagues that view his calendar that he is working from home. By setting the event to "Available" it will not block his time for appointments to be made.

For Timewax it might not be relevant to sync these events to Timewax. We can implement a setting in the Office 365 system settings page in Timewax that determines if "Available" events should be synced back to Timewax or not.
