Planning Board - Booking past midnight

Option in the new planning board to drag a booking past midnight. In the old planning board this is not possible. You need to schedule up to 00:00 and then create a second booking starting from 00:00. In the new planning board we want to make it possible to create a single booking across midnight in a single drag action.
