So for example let's say that you have selected a number of projects in the project board. With a single click you can open up a resource board that only shows the resources that have been scheduled to the projects in the project board. If you make changes in the project board by selecting another view or adding projects, the resource board will immediately respond by showing the corresponding resources. It also works the other way around. You can select a resource board and have a project board follow the data in the resource board.
