Planning board - improve resources tab

We are improving the resources tab in the booking screen, so that you can instantly see which resources are matching the required number of hours on the booking. You can search resources by code, name, department, position and skills.
Resources that were added, can simply be removed from the selection by clicking on the cross icon.
