Planning board - spot open requests in stacked view

It is important to instantly spot open request bookings. In the stacked view this is more challenging because these bookings might be stacked under other bookings with resources.
The feature request here is to always show open request bookings as the first bookings on top of the stack. This way you see the red underline in the booking and spot them.
