Reporting on sick days

There is a need to express the number of sick days as a percentage of the number of workable hours. In this way, absenteeism due to illness can easily be analyzed in queries and in a dashboard.
To achieve this, three changes are needed:
- Recording the project Sickness in system settings
- Expand source Summary per Resource with sick hours
- New Sick Days dashboard
