Currently there is only a system wide setting for the default booking status (busy, free), etc.) when Timewax bookings are synced to Outlook. But not all bookings have the same characteristics. Let's say that you put the the default booking status to "Busy", there will always be bookings that actually don't block the availability of employees but will make employees unavailable for invites.
To overcome this issue, we can introduce a dropdown field in the booking screen in the planning board, where users can change the booking status. This status is synced to Outlook.
