Targets in Utilization

At this moment there is only one way for setting the color scheme in Utilization. You do this with the upper and lower limit percentages and their corresponding colors as set in system settings. These limits can be seen as targets.
In organisations however, there is often a distinction in several positions and also targets are different between those positions (e.g. junior vs. senior). We can set the upper and lower limit on position level in Timewax. We change the Utilization feature to take into account the settings on position level. If not set, it falls back on the settings as defined in system settings.

Thanks for your feedback. I have some questions:
- When you talk about roles, do you mean positions in Timewax?
- What do you mean with situations?
- What about setting this per department?
I would love to hear more about what you are trying to accomplish. A little more background on the use case.

Ok, got it. You want to set targets. I will publish your idea on the roadmap so that other customers can also vote on them.
For your second point: we have a solution for that. In Utilization, you can filter on chargeable / invoiceable projects. This relates to the settings in the project master. Typically you mark all projects as 'chargeable' so that consultants working on internal projects aren't 'punished' for it. You mark external client projects as 'invoiceable'. By using these filters in Utilization, you can actually see it from both perspectives.
