In this last wave, we will deliver two new widgets to the start page:
- Widget People efficiency
- Widget Magic Project Quadrant
With the People efficiency widget you will be able to display turnover and margin per FTE. This is a statistic you can compare to best practice benchmarks in your industry to see how efficient your organization is in achieving your turnover and margin.
The Magic Project Quadrant is a bubble chart with turnover and margin on the X and Y-axis. The bubble will show the forecast planning variance which is an actionable KPI to adjust your resource planning for a project. By setting them in a quadrant with turnover and margin, you can focus on your most valuable projects first.
