We want to expand the leave request workflow so that approved leave can also be withdrawn by the employee.

• The employee withdraws the original request. 
• The leave bookings are then marked as a note 
• The manager receives a notification and can then approve or reject the withdrawal. 

By introducing this method, leave bookings that have been created using this workflow can no longer be separately removed. They are managed through the entire leave request workflow.
